One of our Musicians' Company Concerts, this is an exploration of the natural world through reflection, poetry, and impressionistic sound. The concert is framed by optional guided poetry walks through the Ashridge estate.
The music in this programme celebrates Telemann’s horticultural friendships, and the joy to be found in the giving and receiving of flowers. Before the concert, tea (scone and hot drink) will be served amidst May flowers on the terrace of the prestigious Leander Club on the banks of the Thames.
