Festival Chorus Workshop with Owain Park: Fauré Requiem

Saturday 11th May 2024 , 12:30 pm 5:00 pm

An open invitation to singers to join the Chiltern Arts Festival Chorus, under the direction of Owain Park, to rehearse and perform Fauré’s Requiem. A composer and conductor, Owain has worked with the BBC Singers, the Academy of Ancient Music, London Mozart Players, Capella Cracoviensis and Cambridge Chorale, and also founded The Gesualdo Six.

Some choral experience and basic sightreading ability are recommended; there will be learning resources available online and an optional rehearsal prior to the Festival for those who wish to attend. Music will be available to hire.

Register by 31st March to sing in the Festival Chorus.

The full schedule for the workshop will be available soon; the schedule will be such that attendance at all CA events will be possible.
